Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 5–7 business days. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping is available on all domestic UK orders over £100.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes applicable in their country and shipment costs.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.

Are limited edition or sale items returnable?

No. Limited edition items, final sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we'll resolve it promptly.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges may be possible depending on the item and timing. Please contact us to discuss your request.

Do you restock sold-out items?
